Members of AVANSECAL have taken part in the IX CyTA – CESIA conference held on May 16-19, 2017 in Caixa-Forum-Madrid and Real Jardín Botánico in Madrid. This conference has been organized by the three public universities in Madrid having the Degree on Food Science and Technology. Renowned scientists and important companies related to food sector have participated in the conference.
María Luisa Marina, coordinator of AVANSECAL and PI of the UAH-QA group, has presented some of the research activities and results of AVANSECAL with the talk “ESTRATEGIAS PARA EL CONTROL Y LA MEJORA DE LA CALIDAD Y LA SEGURIDAD DE LOS ALIMENTOS: EL PROGRAMA AVANSECAL-CM”.
