Researchers of the URJC have developed new mesostructured materials. This materials can detect the presence of anabolic steroids in milk. This project focuses on the use of mesoporous silica (with pores of between 2 and 50 nm in diameter) as adsorbent. It was published in a special issue on advances in food analysis Journal Journal of Chromatography A.
